Returns & Exchange Policy

Lifetime Warranty

ZONDER is proud to offer lifetime warranty on the entire product range. We are confident in our workmanship and the materials we source, and therefore, will replace any jewellery that does not stand the stresses of daily wear. 

If you wish to return an item for any other reason - this will be permitted within 30 days of the purchase date, please email as soon as possible to initiate the refund process swiftly. In order to receive a full refund, you must ensure the product is unopened, unused and in perfect sellable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a refund if these requirements are not met.  

Please note prior to submitting a return:

  • ZONDER are not responsible for the item if an error was made on behalf of the customer or the carrier. This includes but not confined to; incorrect variants ordered, incorrect address information provided or a change of mind. 
  • To initiate the returns process, please send an email to stating your order number. We will provide further instructions which includes our warehouse address.
  • In the case of a defective product or a damaged product during transit, we will gladly organise a replacement. Please email Customer Support at with a brief description of the issue and a video/image of the defect or damage attached - we will assist you in replacing the product.
  • Your refund will be processed as soon as the product has been received by our Quality Assurance Team who will ensure it fits the criteria of our Return Policy. Please note that this can take up to 7 business days to appear depending on your bank or the service used. 
  • Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. 

Please follow these instructions to submit an Exchange Request:

  1. Send an email with the subject line: "<Your Order Number> Replacement Request" to 
  2. Please attach the photo/video(s) and describe the issue encountered.
  3. Include the Order Number - if there are multiple products in an order, identify the product with the issue. 
  4. The item you request to have in exchange. 

Our Support Team will respond within 1 business day and Return Instructions will be provided.
